The staff is amazing! They always greet me nicely and treat me with the utmost professionalism. I love that they know my teeth well and my time frame and get me in and out with out rushing. I know I can trust them to give me the best treatment! Dr Gordon suggested veneers and they look incredible! You can't tell they are not my original teeth and I get a lot of compliments.
Continued great service and attention
Dr. Poelman and staff go to great lengths to make the patient comfortable and at ease. I would say that this is the most caring and kindest dental office ever. This is in addition to the best dental work that can be given.
My cleaning was quick and painless
Cassie has been my hygienist for years but for the last two visits I've been scheduled with Kelly. She is good but it will take awhile to gain the technical skill that Cassie has. I'm sure it will come in time, so I'll stick with her even though I prefer Cassie. Kelly needs to work on her manual dexterity a bit. :-)The entire staff in Dr. Pohlman's office is wonderful. They are always cheerful and really seem to love their job, just like the boss!

I had a filling on one tooth and a temporary crown put on the adjacent tooth. Dr. Poelman said I should take Ibuprofen if I had pain later that day or the next day. I have had NO pain or discomfort, and my temporary crown feels perfect. Looking forward to the real crown in late Feb.
The cleaning was fine and the dental work by Dr Poelman was fine, but I don't like the assumption that you can schedule and charge for x-rays without my knowledge or permission. We are on a fixed income and the fees are becoming a bit much for the cleaning appointment. I also like to limit my exposure to the radiation, however small.
I always have a good experience at Dr. Poelman's office. He and his staff are so friendly and professional.
