Awesome. I had an 11 am appointment for a cavity. I was greeted right away taken back promptly and was out in 20 mins. No pain, no surprises and a great job by all.
Everyone is friendly and the facility is very clean. They do great work.
Dr. Poelman is awesome as is his entire staff!
I had a cleaning yesterday and went back for some bonding today. Everyone at the office is friendly and attentive to my needs. They know that I don't like the ultrasound cleaning, so we work around that. Dr. P is good at explaining what needs to be done and I don't feel that he's recommending any unnecessary work. Debbie is working with my insurance company to get the to approve a prescription they somehow don't want to cover.All in all, a pleasant office with helpful staff.

My hygienist is thorough and encouraging. The overall experience is always pleasant and constructive. We even had a little discussion about some recent research on dental hygiene. Nice to know the staff is up-to-date.
