This was my first time at Gordon and I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. The salon was very neat and and clean, and the staff was very courteous and professional. Ashley is a great stylist and I was very happy with how my hair looked. She gave a great consultation and listened to what I wanted while giving great professional advice at the same time
I am constantly being complimented on my hair color and style ... even up to my next appointment!
It had been about 1.5 years since my last Gordon experience. I moved away from my previous salon location and was delighted to see a new location open near me. Although I saw a different stylist, the experience was a good as I remember. Thank you for welcoming me back!
Have been a customer of Gordon's in Highland Park for years. Love their Wilmette location and especially the amazingly wonderful staff! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with big, warm smiles. Dawn is one of the best colorists in the world. Always a great experience, love my hair, love this place!
I was afraid that the move to Wilmette would change the atmosphere of the salon, but it hasn't at all! The staff is still the same warm and friendly staff that they always were and the atmosphere is still welcoming and laid back. It's worth the drive to visit with my stylist, Holly, every 6-8 weeks!
She is obviously loves her profession. She interacts with everyone around her in positive way. She is customer oriented and listen and offers directions. I am glad I found her
I had highlights and a cut and was very pleased with the the results and service! I really like the natural Aveda products. Also, had make-up, which I also liked.
First visit was very pleasant. Love the cut and style. Would highly recommend this salon.
After going for 12 years to the same hair stylist, I was a bit afraid of the change, but I had a great experience at the Gordon Salon with Lissa! Everyone was very attentive and nice. I will be back for sure.
