AHHHH! How refreshing it was to have Gordon's Lock & Safe come out after being scammed by another "locksmith" company that we found online (24/7 Locksmith - BEWARE, DO NOT USE THAT COMPANY). The other locksmith had quoted us over the phone and then when they arrived, tripled their price and then tried to charge us the trip fee when we refused to use their services. Great service and fair price – We needed to change the keys in several doors at our office so I called several locksmiths to get quotes. Some wanted as much as a $50 trip charge plus $40 per lock. Most of them also advertised super fast 24 hour emergency service above everything which was not the most important thing to me. I called Gordon Safe & Lock and the price they quoted was a bit lower than the rest but that wasn't what sold me.
