I discovered that sump pump discharge drain was damaged. A technician diagnosed the problem with a drop in camera. Very Cool. I decided a new line was needed. The work was completed within a reasonable time at a fair price.

I called utility shield at eight in the morning last Friday, Gordon’s called about an hour later to tell me they would be here between 12 and 5. They called at 9:30 at night to tell me they are about a half hour out. That was five days ago. Still haven’t heard from them. I hired another plumber that was here in about 45 minutes. Shouldn’t I be reimbursed?
