It took them nearly four months to do a job that should have been done in a day. I hired them to move my gas from one side of the house to the other and it took them forever to get it so it would pass city inspection. Even then they left a gas leak in my attack causing my gas bill to skyrocket. Worse yet is that their employees caused $360 in damages to my house for which they refused to pay. In Fletcher Place Horace Mann condos ... tech shows up to give an Estimate for a hot water heater. He arrived @10am : by 10:15 he left to go to return to his truck to work on estimate. It was 11:30 when he buzzed to re-enter the building. Resident CHARGED for 1:5 hour service call!!!!! No free estimate! The resident / HOA board member will be relaying this transaction will the other residents.
The quality of their work is VERY POOR, I sent a complaint to the AG about a job that Gordon’s Plumbing done in 2005 and have not heard a thing from you. We have had the issue resolved the right way. This would have been avoided if it was done right the first time. Very poor business ethics.

They do very inexpensive root cleaning from sewer mains. The best part is they don't lie about needing complete sewer line replacements or an overpriced cleanout.
No show – Contacted the receptionist at Gordon plumbing concerning a new water service line installed was given the name and phone number of a gentleman for me to call, Shawn. After a weak had passed of leaving several voice mails he decided to call me back. I gave him all of the information he needed, and said he would stop by to give me an estimate. It has now been over two weeks since saying he would be by. Poor reliability from the start
