I have received exceptional care from Dr. Luk and his team. He takes the time to answer any and all questions in an easy compassionate way. I never felt rushed or that my questions had no value. He respected that I had done my own research in order to ask informed questions. I felt he offered solutions to the problem not just to manage the symptoms. I feel confident I am on the right path for my future best quality of life.
A very positive experience. He and his staff were friendly, professional and punctual.
His colonoscopy caused so much damage we are still trying to find out all that went wrong. 1 month and still having terrible pain from what he did. The staff was sending the patient home with "gas pains" when the real cause was internal bleeding caused by a bad colonoscopy.
I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease. He gave back my quality of life. He has saved me from many illnesses by being able to quickly diagnose the situation. He is a good listener and brilliant scientist in his field. I absolutely recommend him 100%. He is my hero.
He had been treating my Dad for a week in the hospital and my father is in worse shape now than he was a week ago! He has deteriorated since his stay in the hospital and Dr. Luk stated that everything they have done my father has said no to and my Dad is of sound, mind, and body. I would not recommend DR. Luk to anybody.
I've been going to Dr Luk for years and think he is the best but trying to get a urgent appointment is not going to happen. My primary care doctor even tried to call and get an urgent appointment so the ER is the only choice left.
