Dr. Luk takes time to explain your condition, making sure you understand it, and answers all your questions. he's kind, thoughtful and patient. he's the best doctor I've ever experienced in any specialty.
Dr Luk makes one feel very comfortable and not rushed. Very satisfied.
Dr. Luk was caring and compassionate. He took the time to answered all of my questions and concerns about my upcoming procedure. He and his staff are professional, polite and helpful.

Dr Luk, is amazing. When I first visited him, I was have lots of medical issues. After having visited several doctors who misdiagnosed my conditions, I continued to get worse. When I visited Dr Luk, he was kind and had so much compassion. He assured me he would work to find the answers. Through his diligence, with test and procedures, he never gave up and was indeed able to find the answers. I will forever be grateful to him.
I have been s patient of Dr Luk for many years. I always liked and trusted him. But when I took my cancer-filled father to see him, Dr Luk said an endoscopy would be good to do, but because of age, medical condition and mental condition (severe dementia), he didn't recommend it. How many specialist don't recommend procedures that are going to give them more money? Also, I need an endoscopy & colonoscopy. Dr Luk said he will do them at the same time to save me money. He's also very easy to talk to. I LOVE HIM!
after an emergency room visit due to bloody stools & vomiting blood, Dr. Luk was brought onto my case as the on-call GI specialist. my ER visit was lively & controversial (I bit someone who hurt me), but he didn't judge me. when I finally met Dr. Luk as a coherent, functional human, he said he understood that I was scared, in pain & out of it in the ER, and just needed to be cared for. hearing that, I knew he was different. he ordered an x-ray for residual pain I was in & gave me a complete exam. he explained my condition co... read more
