Lance was absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped me evaluate my late mother’s jewelry with so much patience, kindness, and compassion. What could have been a very emotional and difficult experience felt genuinely comforting because of the care he showed throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was honest and professional in all of his guidance. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend Lance... read more
I had an outstanding experience at Gordon James Fine Diamonds. From the very beginning, the staff was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in helping me explore different options. They really take the time to understand what you’re looking for instead of rushing the process. The selection of diamonds and fine jewelry is impressive, with clear attention to quality and craftsmanship. Everything was explained in detail, including cut, clarity, and value, which made the entire experience feel transparent and trustworthy.
Can't recommend the experts at Gordon James enough! They're a family-run shop who takes great care of their customers. As a customer myself, I appreciated how helpful they were in making sure I got what I needed. If you’re looking for a great buying experience and want to support a local business with good ethics, this is the place to go. I'll make sure to come here again for any jewelry needs.
The Gordon James team is great to work with! Product and store look amazing in a beautiful part of Bellevue! Come see these guys!
