Very bad and rude attitude. One star because no zero. I ordered two diff contact lens here, soft ones arrived firstly. And after learning to wear them, I found the date on lens box was expired! I started to be worried about their quality of products. Then we were waiting for the 2nd ones. That is a newly made lens and it cannot be expired again. I have been seeing Dr. Shriber since 2001 and have difficulty trusting anyone else with my eyes. He has cared for my eyes through my adolescent, teenage, and early adult years, ensuring they stay healthy and that I am as informed as possible. I could not recommend an establishment more! Thank you Dr. Shriber!
I am genuinely perplexed by the numerous positive reviews and recommendations for this doctor, as my experience was quite different. I took my eight-year-old daughter for her first eye exam, and I was taken aback by the doctor's impatience and inattentiveness towards my anxious child, despite my efforts to communicate her discomfort. Love that the business is family run and love the dog. However, the receptionist is atrocious. She was extremely rude when I was checking in a couple years back and I let the doctor know and he apologized on her behalf so I decided to give them another try. 2-years later, she is still rude, unpleasant and just sour. Why have a receptionist like that represent your business?
