This is my third auto from G. Boucher and the salesman, Tony Garbo is superior....I can ask anything and I know the answer is correct. A great dealership and I will go back again!!
I expected the service department to go above and beyond when servicing my Lincoln. They completed the recall inspection and the vehicle passed, which I appreciated. However, I was hoping they would also take the car for a test drive to check for any additional issues. After picking up the car and driving it home, I noticed a slight hiccup at low speeds that I believe should have been caught
I was told I needed to buy a new engine that cost $12K. I got a second opinion and only had to spend $1,800 on something contradicting what they said was wrong with my car. I would highly recommend young people to do your research and get as many second opinions as you need.
