Excellent customer service both times and I have bought two vehicles from them once last September and one on March 11,2019 excellent cars , salesman Joel. Listened to what we wanted. Didn’t try sticking us in something neither of us were really going to like . I recommend these guys over rock river ford especially for the service department they go above and beyond to make their customers happy
We bought our F-250 from Gordie for our anniversary in 2016 and have been having it serviced since. Everyone we have worked with has always gone above and beyond to do a superb job and to really make my life easier. I will always by Ford, abd as long as I am in Wisconsin, I will buy Ford from Gordie.

was very surprised at the poor service from Gordie Boucher. we took.our 2017 Ford Edge in for insurance covered repairs. the work was started but never finished. the parts have come in defective several times plus on at least one occasion the wrong part was ordered. the last time we have had any contact from Gordie Boucher was in November 2018. we have not heard anything since. I definitely will not recommend your business.
Friendly staff and sales personnel. Thanks Joe Zipperer for making this happen. Also we were treated to lunch and received two authentic Milwaukee Bucks jerseys! I’ve never been treated like I’m not just another sale. The truck is great! I am looking forward to buying from Gordie Boucher again in the future.
