When a deer totaled my Mazda 3 there was not a question about whether I should go back to Gordie Boucher in Janesville or not. They were so great the first time around (4 years ago). Joel Remer was my sales associate the first time around and I had no hesitation to give Joel a call again to help me get back on the road quickly. I am now in a new Mazda 3 and I am loving it! Zoom Zoom Zoom!
I would have rated it a 5 stars if we didn't have to wait almost 4 hours � to do financing, sign papers, and drive away.
Mike Islami was absolutely wonderful and made sure we were completely happy before/during/after we purchased our vehicle. He also didn't make us feel pressured into making choices we weren't comfortable with which was a big plus for us!
I came in for an oil change and ended up needing parts.... WRONG!!! You break it you buy it! And as far as the K&N air filter you stole, keep it! I'll buy a new one. Never going back again! Oh and Scott, "PAY UP SUCKER"
