Took my truck here for some potential warranty work. They tried to take me for $600 for a sensor that wasn't bad. They ended up charging me $200 for a diagnostic test that took maybe 30 minutes to run. They charged me this after they told me they wouldn't work on my truck without my permission if the repair was going to be more than $200. They couldn't diagnose the problem without the test. I was very satisfied with my interactions with everyone at Gordie Boucher Ford. We returned to Gordie Boucher to trade our Escape, which was also purchased there, because the service we received in the past has always been stellar.
