I travel a fair amount for work and have been lucky enough to have meals at highly rated restaurants all over the country. I had an excellent dinner and great service at Goose Creek Diner! Highly recommended and I will definitely be back when I'm in the Louisville area again!!
I went for the first time on Sunday with my parents and my son. We loved it so much we brought my husband with us on Tuesday. But I'm already itching to go again! Absolutely delicious. Fresh, homemade, country cookin'. I'm going to go back again and again. We LOVE their Chicken Fried Chicken, Chicken and Dumplin' soup, and Macaroni and Cheese. There are so many things on their menu to try. I'm especially looking forward to trying out their Fried Pickles!

Tried Goose Creek for the first time today. The fried pickles are superb! I had chicken livers with smashed potatoes and mac&cheese. The livers are,by far, some of the best I've ever had from a restaurant! They were silky smooth,almost mousse-like, and crisp exterior. The smashed potatoes were great too, the white gravy is amazing. I would put it on anything. The mac&cheese was good, excellent with a little gravy mixed in...they were great!
