Sebastian and the team at Goodyear Essendon absolutely saved our trip! We’d been in Melbourne for a couple of days when we damaged a tyre right in the middle of our holiday. We still had to drive to Ballarat early the next morning, so we were pretty stressed. Luckily, Goodyear Essendon was just around the corner from our Airbnb. Even though they were fully booked, Sebastian listened to our story, squeezed us in, and had the damaged tyre replaced in about 20 minutes. I got a tire puncture right before Easter long weekend. The team were kind enough to help me fix my tire right before closing time and stay open late to finish the job. Another lady arrived at the same time in the same predicament and was also taken care of. I was very appreciative of the excellent service, speedy repair and inexpensive cost. Will recommend and be back.
