I was very impressed by the level of care & service I received after an unfortunate incident on the M4 resulting in irreparable damage to my rear wheel. They were able to fit me in & went above & beyond to get me back on the road without delay. No upselling whatsoever & very competitive pricing. Been here a few times for wheel and tyre servicing. The mechanical service is good but what I’m most appreciative of is the staff at the front desk. In the time I’ve spent sitting in the waiting room they’re consistently patient, kind, and knowledgeable to clients - even the challenging ones!
