I don’t know what to say, Michael’s attitude is beyond repairable. Very poor service from Michael and no integrity. My punctured tyre was taken into the workshop and I was told someone would "look at it". When I inquired what they were doing after a few minutes, I was told it was being repaired at a cost of $40 without my consent. I wasn't told that any work was being performed or how much it would cost.
