I'm so GRATEFUL for Goodyear auto service...traveling home to Dallas on a Sunday afternoon...my vehicle broke down and left me stranded...I made a call to Goodyear and Greg Roberts answered and not only helped me out w towing service BUT stayed open LATE to fix my vehicle and get me back on the road! Huge thanks also to Steven Forsythe the tech for staying to assist! GOODYEAR HAS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

Friendly staff and great prices... timing was good as well...
We felt a braking issue on the truck on the way home from work, and discovered Goodyear was still open at 6:45. We pulled in and at 15 minutes til closing time, Josh graciously took us in to service our brakes. We had to get rotors and rear pads replaced. Cody and Josh stayed several hours late, got us fixed up and back on the road for a reasonable charge. We will definitely be back again when we have any mechanical issues. Exceptional customer service and with a smile!
