Great customer Service and team. Always very helpful and courteous with customers. Went in to get an oil change and they checked my car for free.

Went in to have them repair a leak in one of my tires and they told me that the leak couldn't be repaired due to the location of the puncture. They then tried to sell me a new tire for just under $100. I told them that I had a replacement plan on it and to just put the spare on. When I went to get it replaced at the place I originally bought it from, they told me that it could be repaired and did so for $8. Will never go to a Goodyear again.

Okay so today is the third time in two years we are having to replace a tire. I bought a used 2007 car. One month later the tire was flat, so I checked the warranty, it was still in effect, but, we had to pay for the remainder of the balance which was $525.00, what the hell was the cost new you ask, let me tell you so last year about mid june or july, went outside and one of the new tires was flat, they said, no it was the other one.
