out of tires on a Saturday? no one offered to help change the spare tire or help with air pressure. absolutely lousy customer service. The second I said I needed a tire the manager started yelling from the back the tire warehouse was closed. they didn't even wanna take a look at it. the guy at the counter said no where would have tires in stock today. what?! thats just no true. I would never recommend this place.
RecommendedI took my car to the dealer for an oil change- they failed to mention that some of my fluids were fair and even bad. I didn’t notice that on the receipt until I got home. I called the dealer and they didn’t have much to say about it and I didn’t feel like driving back up to their shop so, I called JBC and spoke to Derek he was very helpful and honest about what he thought I should take care of now and what I can wait on. I love their honesty. They truly treat you like family. They found a leak in a transmission hose that two other shops could not find. Thank you JBC of Nixa Mo for your hospitality.

They were awesome! Fixed our 5th wheel tire quickly and were so friendly. Highly recommend JBC tire!
The service was awesome, they did what they said they were going to do. They communicated well with me and and explained what was going on. There was a focus to do the right thing, not the most expensive thing. I would recommend them to everyone.
I just love this place, an the employee..Thanks again for all you guys do...Now I can take my trip to KC with no worries. .
