My experience looks to be the same as others. No communication. I have reached out for months as a current resident and now as a past resident with very little response back. Now that I am a past resident, I have been charged miscellaneous fees of $300 each for multiple reasons with no back up. 4 wonderful years renting with Goodwin! Never had a single issue! All my work orders were immediately acknowledged and dealt with!!
Changes on staff and property managers so often, create chaos on paperwork. Do not use Goodwin, unless you are okay to be charged thousands of dollars on your property maintenance for a small job. Goodwin will not represent you or be on your side when you are faced with difficult tenants. So Stay Away from this management company.
Not a good rental management company. Collect monthly management fees without fail but when needed to stand up for property owner for unpaid tenant, they are unwilling to follow thru and just let us take the lost. Repair & maintenance using their vendors charge above market price. Changing property manager often and the new manager would not assume responsibility of their predecessor. Would highly recommend to stay away and find more reliable management company. Learn from our mistakes.
