the previous poster sounds like a bitter, disgruntled person. My experience with Mike at JB Goodwin Realtors tells me that the previous poster was actually quite a bit more gernerous and had a more positive experience than I did. The agent I had, was condescending, rude, and extremely difficult to work with - I don't work for JB Goodwin - they are supposed to work for me. I retained JB Goodwin via an Internet search and Cynthia was assigned as my agent. I asked specifically for Avery Ranch because I did not want to live in Cedar Park or more north, due to paying tolls. Cynthia put me on an automated email update that included CP/Leander areas and I emailed her advising her of this but evidently she did not stop the automated emails of properties that didn't interest me. oh well. fast forward to 30 days until i needed a new place to live.
