I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 4 years, and unfortunately, my experience has gone downhill. Over the past several months, personal belongings have gone missing from the hallways, something I never experienced during my first few years here. I've been living here for 6 years in the townhouses I have no problem but every year the rent go up like crazy every time go up like 50 and 50 and 75 and 100 and 100
Do not move here. I have lived here for a while now and there is nothing I want to do more than move out. The property manager. Marie is an absolute nightmare. My neighbors don’t bother me. We all have good communication understanding about our parking spaces, etc. but it feels like all of a sudden all of the time randomly Marie is giving me a hard time With random things that have never been a problem and I’ve been living here four years now and new things that I do every single day or all of a sudden a problem
Terrible experience with Marie, their rental rep. Seems racist and not honest. Showed me an apartment model and was nothing like the one I would rent. The application process is the worse I have ever experienced.
