Arrived at the location. No employee in site. Forms on ledge. I had not been there in years. Understand being understaffed. Buzzed the ringer. No one came to the front. Waited a few minutes. Customers were coming in and asking me questions as if I worked there. Manager comes out and I share I didn’t want to just wake the form and wasn’t sure of their process.
