I've been a loyal customer of this Goodwill for ten years. I was extremely disappointed today. Horrible customer service. They had an error with the system which I know they can't help. But they handled it extremely unprofessionally. The cashier did not understand how to work the system when there was an error. She got the manager but the manager didn't know either. Do I ever miss the Goodwills back home. The Goodwills around here don't give people a reason to come back. I've not found anything out of several visits
There was no AC. Why do y'all have the store open when there's no AC? It was 88 degrees in there. I found a CD and it came to $1.06 (or y'all could round down to $1.05 instead of taking people's money). I didn't have $1.06 but I did have $1.11. the cashier told me that if I didn't have the exact cash it would go up to $1.10 instead of just taking the $1.11 and giving me .05 cents back.
