Not impressed. The new location was not as convenient as the previous one and there are no deals a ratty t-shirt is the same price as a dress shirt, most items seemed overpriced. I did find a cute guess purse, and it was the same price as the Walmart brand handbag with the busted zipper so there's that. Staff were all very friendly too!
Stop buying clothes from here I donate every month lots of stuff here but..the manager named alexia, she is so rude to everyone…I buy clothes ( firstly they don’t have fitting rooms which is very bad) first day she said I can exchange within 5 days and next day I was there for exchange only, she said our company policy says we can only exchange if you can find same tag, same amount, same size, same department, same, same, same oh my god… and she said go out we have other customers and she showed so attitude my all money gone
First dropped in cause I was in the area they have great items buuuuut can seriously use some organizing on the shelves .. toys mixed in with the household items kinda sucks ..
Stopped by to drop off donations, I drive a large truck and it appeared my large truck was not going to fit between the orange traffic delineators and the donation boxes. I drove around the delineators and then reversed back. The lady taking boxes told me "next time make sure to pull in on this side" I told her "yes, will do, it's just that it looked like there was no room." The lady then said "there's room" with an attitude, which I replied to "like I said, it looked like there was no room". I guess she was having a bad day... read more
Please don’t donate to this establishment; they took all my belongings from my apartment through an illegal eviction process. I don’t know what to do now should I buy them back but I know that if you drop off here they send it to other locations.
