Please don’t donate to this establishment; they took all my belongings from my apartment through an illegal eviction process. I don’t know what to do now should I buy them back but I know that if you drop off here they send it to other locations.
Honestly I come here all the time we have no issues with donating or any problems with the cashier. Yes it is a bit pricey but I found name brand 100$ pants for 10$.
Every time I go there to donate good items they always turn me away because I was there 5 minutes too early .Today I was there at 3:20 to donate nice items and refused me again because it was too hot.There hours were 10am through 7pm to donate.
PLEASE DO NOT DONATE HERE!!! Do yourself a favor and take your donations to Hinds Hospice. Extremely rude people, not helpful at all. They have this drive thru since I didn't go thru those cones they did not want to take my donation. How was I supposed to know if nobody is there to direct you. Then I had already put some donations on a box by the time they came out this guy tells my rudely to take it out.
