Worst company ever! Booked an appointment for 5 rooms plus hallway and stairs for Monday 11-2…. Never showed up or called! I called them and they said my appointment had been moved to the next day (WITH NO PHONE CALL AT ALL) and they gave me the same time frame for the next day! I told them the middle of the day wouldn’t work and they said they would get me in first thing in the morning bc they ‘messed up’ and gave me an 8-10am. I’m so disappointed. We tried to support this business however when they asked us if they could use our water because their water was low. I was totally shocked! Which means we have to pay for the service and pay for the water that Goodson Steamer would use. NO WAY! Absolutely not. The technician actually said I won’t have enough water to clean your rooms if I don’t use your water. WAIT it gets better. We live in the same city as Goodson Steamer. The driver got here and said he wanted to see the rooms I’ll show him the rooms he said that he had me down for four rooms and two staircases. Which I actually have five rooms but three of the rooms he’s just Would have just been cleaning around the furniture so it’s literally not even big as a hallway. At 7:54 I called to let him know that he did not have to bother showing up. He didn’t answer. I had an event planned and I wanted my sectional cleaned. I called their office on Saturday and the guy that answered said well I can send someone out there on Monday as if it was ok that the guy didn’t show up. I would not recommend… See more

NEVER NEVER USE if you want your carpet cleaned: On Sunday 4/5/20 I Contacted Lamar to come clean my 4 y/o grandsons bedroom carpet after we found out that he had peed on the carpet. We were upfront with him about the situation and he assured us that he could clean the carpet and get rid of the smell. Lamar arrived on time and only took about 10 minutes to clean the 9x10 room.
