Wes was an amazing agent. Best ever! He covered every detail and thoroughly explained everything in detail. All work to make my house sale ready was accomplished him or his crews which he also supervised. Even new owners remarked about the care of the house. There were no requests for any additional work asked by the buyer! Closing went like clockwork! I highly recommend Wes due to his attention to detail. There was relatively no effort required on my part!

Wesley is a terrific person and a terrific realtor. He was always on top of any issues that arose and checked on our house (we were out of town sellers) on a regular basis. He has a large group of competent and reasonably priced contractors that he can call on if repairs or landscaping are needed. He is unbelievably patient and thorough when answering questions and we felt like we were his only client.
We have had the pleasure of working with Goodness Realty three times now, and I’m more impressed each time. Their level of customer service, work ethic, and genuine care goes above and beyond!
