I only have them check and clean my rings. They are knowledgeable, and don’t try to sell you any bogus protection plans. They also have lots of other wonderful pieces to browse while you wait 😊

My Mother was heartbroken when she lost her diamond from her engagement ring. The wonderful staff not only helped us with a replacement diamond but assisted us with the insurance process. The staff at Goodman’s Jewlers couldn’t have more caring and compassionate then they were with us. I highly recommend these lovely people if you are looking to get engaged, married or want that “ special present “! We will be back when it warms up outside for cleaning and repairs on watches and necklaces!

My soon to be husband was getting me a pearl ring as a wedding gift. He went to pick it up and they had no record of the ring. Thank God he had the receipt! He got his money back! They made up several excuses while we were there. Will never go back and tell others not to go either!

Hands down best jeweler in Wisconsin! Probably best in the U.S. for that matter! Not only are Goodman's staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, but they make their customers feel welcome and important. My husband and I had our wedding rings designed by John who did the most amazing job creating a beautiful piece of art that I wear every day. I cannot say enough good things about this store and its people!
