I’m leaving the gym, but I wanted to leave a special thank you to Fridriki ( customer service). She has always been genuinely kind, helpful, and professional. Every interaction with her has been positive, and she truly makes members feel welcome and valued. She is the kind of person any business would be lucky to have on their team. I have joined more than 10 gyms over the years, but I have never come across someone like her. Thank you for all your help and kindness.
Terrible experience. There was no transparency about the cancellation fees when I signed up. When I tried to cancel, I was suddenly asked to pay $400 and was threatened with debt collection. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t even give one star if I could. I’ve never had this issue with other gym companies. They kept calling me repeatedly even after I requested email-only communication. Had very good experience here on Friday night the man at front desk was friendly, cracked up a pretty good conversation with him. The whole gym is architectural eye candy, interesting old bank doors in the restrooms. Also strange living room setup near the lockers that didn't make sense. Also ine of the stairwell didn't have lights that made it a safety hazard during a night. There's few dead spaces on first floor which think need a rethink.
