I wanted to try this gym for the first time in Adelaide because I had heard it was a great option. I’m staying here for a couple of weeks and was considering getting a short-term membership, but I wanted to try the gym first. The staff member let me in, but when I explained I would only be staying for a couple of weeks, he refused to give me a trial and asked me to leave. I came into the Gym a few days ago after a break period due to an injury that I experienced. I have continued to pay my membership – but have returned to open my locker that was used with a keycard – and have been advised that now they are using padlocks. The goods from my locker were left exposed and things were stolen. Second to this – I joined with ‘platinum room access’ and at the time there were no black cards available – and we were ‘put on a waitlist’. Keep away from this gym. Very amateur. Was told I'd have a permanent locker in the platinum room never received it. I asked about it for weeks and kept getting told there were delays. Was provided a permanent locker in other area. Didn't go for a while because I was over the place. Went in the other day and was told that the permanent lockers were removed.
