The guys here always take good care of my car quickly and efficiently, and they don't try to push extra stuff I don't need on me. I feel confident trusting this shop with my vehicle care.
I have never taken my car to anywhere but Toyota but I decided to bring it here being cheap and it was the WORST decision. These people not only placed an after market piece on my car that they did not make me aware of, but placed it on INCORRECTLY that caused even more damage to my car. When I called about the situation, no accountability was held and was told the customer should assume after market pieces are being used. We came across this shop on a long road trip home for the holidays. They were able to assist us quickly and were very honest with us about fixing our van. I feel like they went out of their way to assist us quickly because we still had 8 hours to go on our trip. We had no more issues driving after we left. I highly recommend this shop!
