I have always had good results with this spa but I bought a Groupon last year, I used half of it, and attempted to use the other half this year and they won’t return my phone calls or texts. I am to the place where I have asked for a refund and crickets. The customer service is severely lacking and I will buy my spa packages elsewhere.
Can’t say enough good things! Kayelei is wonderful, knowledgable and a joy to talk to while you enjoy your relaxing treatment. A great addition to any wellness routine. Starting to see skin improvements in just a few sessions!
