I've only been adjusted by Dr. Joe for about 2 months now but it didn't even take that long to see the results from the great work that he does. I was not in much pain when I began visiting but I was hoping to improve my athletic abilities and help alleviate pain in my shins that would come from running too often. My running times, which have not changed in about 4 months, have improved by 13 seconds per mile and I no longer have the shin pains.
