employee completely are unwilling to work with the customers. Saw 2 people ahead of me leave mad and no reason for it. said installations were very sloppy, looked and they were. then made to wait for weeks to fix

Thats odd mark.. we've had nothing but happy customers today and we pride ourselves in top notch work, as the installation manager id love to see this work thats deemed sloppy so we can correct it. Also we are very sorry we cannot get your vehicle in our shop for your 3 hour appointment. For our installers safety and making sure our installs are top notch and professional we cannot have our installation team working outside it this freezing weather.
