Made an appointment with an employee, confirmed the time and date for a Wednesday @ 1 Pm. I show up and they can't find me in there books. So now I have to wait till the following Monday to roll my windows down and lock my car... what a terrible first impression hopefully Monday they can redeem them selves and I might be willing to do more business.. so far not good

Great place to buy sound systems, speakers, wire kits, Etc. great workers that know their stuff and know what to tell you if you need help
I came in here to buy something small, no big sale here. I was treated just as good as the person at the counter spending hundreds of dollars on a large purchace. This is called Customer service. And they have it! Don't be afried to go into this high and stereo superstore just because, all you have is a soapbox for a car. They will make you feel like you and your car are number one!
Got my first cd player and stereo here!! Nice sound I could feel while driving. I miss it so much.
