I have moved several times in the past few years, and this was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had. This company charged me more than they quoted me. I was told that everything would be taken off the truck, unwrapped, and set up in my new home. Absolutely nothing was put back together, my son’s crib was thrown on the floor. Everything was left wrapped in plastic, they even left the TV’s still wrapped in the moving blankets. I used Good Time Moving and although I thought the moving part was good, I came to find out that $200 was stolen from the drawer of my tv stand. I reached out to them and never got a response. I do not recommend this company.

I move roughly every two to three years and I'm very familiar with moving companies by far good time moving and storage company is the worst experience I've ever had. they quoted me $450 to move stuff out of a 10 x 20 storage unit into my new house by the time they were done the bill ended up being $960 in addition to that why they tried backing up an upgraded Hill on my driveway they gouged the driveway 20 ft about a quarter inch deep one of the head representative said he would offer $60 for the damage which is a joke if y... read more

I would not use this company. They might have good rates but they scratched and dinged up my walls when we used them. The movers even told me that they would send someone out here to fix it and scratched more on my walls. I told them to take the stuff off the truck and I did most of it myself. The mattresses that I had both ended up dirty and one has a hole in it. I asked about them covering it and I was told by the office manager Scott that I could cover the holes up myself. if you need a mover this is the place to go for all your moving needs, Joe and his crew were AWESOME, on time, no broken items and I received status updates often I will refer anyone to them and will use them again and again

It was a total nightmare! The guys milked the time costing me more money, furniture was wrapped with green saran wrap, no furniture blankets, damaged one of a kind antique furniture, 1 dolly to move 65 boxes?! They wrapped protective boxes with the saran wrap? I caught them doing that & told them it was stupid and to stop doing it. I've complained to Nathan numerous times, left a VM during the move and no response. They're being reported to numerous agencies for their horrible business practices, overcharging and neglect!
