Like many other customers, I first hired Good Time Moving & Storage because of their reasonable quote and responsive sales staff. However, I decided to hire them, the problems began. WARNING do NOT work with Good Time Moving & Storage!!! My originally lined up movers cancelled on me at the last minute. I had to call around yesterday looking for another option. I googled movers and went down the list calling for quotes. The rep I talked to at this company (Enrique) told me if I put a $50 deposit down I could cancel within 24 hours but it would hold my spot since they only had one left. Came to move our friends. said not enough blankets and left to get more said would be back 30 minutes. Never came back. they had to hire a new company as an emergency
This company is horrible. They have no concept of time, their equipment is faulty and they break your stuff and don't want to pay for it!

I've had a bad experience with this company. They charged more than quoted and broke our TV and a bed. They get their money when the job is finished regardless of a claim. I was promised they would call on the next business day to resolve the claim and have not received anything but a run around when you do get someone to answer the phone. I will report them to the BBB as well. I dont recommend this company to anyone. best advised to find another company.
This company moved us last week. We noticed the next day when getting our cable hooked up that two of our televisions were damaged. I immediately reached out to them. They told me fill out a form so I did. I also sent a email to make sure they got my complaint. I was told 24 to 48hours I would hear something. My things were damaged and stolen , I have reached out to the company twice for resolution and was told both times to send an email as the manager is not in ... and have not received any response . One of the things they stole from me is the only thing I have left from my deceased parents . I’m heartbroken .
