I really wanted to be able to give a good review. The men that helped me moved were nice, but I had some issues. The men apparently were not supposed to connect my washer and dryer, which is fine and I didn’t ask them to do so. They did it anyways but forgot to connect the drain hose. My apartment flooded and the manager was no help at. I asked for a partial refund and I got nothing. Not even a sorry. My feelings are hurt more than anything and I will not use them again.
Perfect move! They made it very easy and were super kind in doing so.

Move took entirely too long in my opinion. Ended up costing me a lot more $$ than I ever anticipated. We even helped by having beds broke down and physically moving as much as we could into the apt hallway to the elevator just steps outside my apt door. It rained some on and off and had to compete for the elevator with another person moving in their furniture but there are also 2 stairwells at end of the hallways that could’ve been utilized to keep the momentum going.
