I’ve been working with Melissa at Good Therapy and cannot recommend her enough. She’s incredibly supportive and always checks in on how I’m doing. She tailors each session to my needs and consistently shares helpful resources, which really shows how much she cares about her patients. I always leave our sessions feeling heard, supported, and with practical tools I can use in my daily life.

This review is specifically for Jeanette Shepherd of Good Therapy. We see Jeanette at the Sorrento Valley location. She has been providing therapy for a family member for over a year. She primarily does individual sessions with them, but we sometimes we have family sessions when there is an issue that needs family communication and support. Hannah is our couples therapist and she has been super kind, communicative and supportive during this time. She will help outline what the goal is for everyone involved. She's really great at engaging with you and asking thought provoking questions so you get to the root cause of struggles. Highly recommend her!

I was having a hard time finding a therapist I could connect with and could speak openly to. Thankfully, I found Good Therapy and have been really enjoying my sessions with Millie. I recommend it to anyone looking for quality in-person talk therapy.
