This review is specifically for Jeanette Shepherd of Good Therapy. We see Jeanette at the Sorrento Valley location. She has been providing therapy for a family member for over a year. She primarily does individual sessions with them, but we sometimes we have family sessions when there is an issue that needs family communication and support. Hannah is our couples therapist and she has been super kind, communicative and supportive during this time. She will help outline what the goal is for everyone involved. She's really great at engaging with you and asking thought provoking questions so you get to the root cause of struggles. Highly recommend her!

My wife and I have been seeing Alexandra for several months and she has worked wonders for our relationship. Don't be put off by her youth as you will miss out on a truly excellent therapist!

Wonderful experience so far with Alejandra. The office has been very friendly, sends adequate reminders, and our therapist does a great job of working around our busy work schedules. I can tell they really care about their clients and want to make therapy accessible. :)
