Lauren is amazing! She helped me gain the clarity I needed to navigate a big life decision and gave me valuable tools to improve communication within my relationships along the way. She is very supportive, personable, and non-judgmental, and she made me feel comfortable in every session. I’ve worked with a few different therapists in the past, and Lauren was by far the best - I saw the most meaningful results working with her and achieved the goals I had came to therapy to achieve
