RecommendedHighly recommend Alan! This was my first time selling a home and he made the process very smooth, and made sure to answer all of my questions along the way. He took the time to look at my house before putting it on the market and made recommendations on updates to get the highest selling price possible. I was very happy with the price we sold it for and the negotiating Alan was able to do to get it there!
Alan was incredible. We could not recommend him high enough. We were moving from out of state and took several trips in to look for a house. We weren't sure what we wanted so it took a long time to figure it out. He was patient, supportive, and helped us figure it out. He has been in the banking world as well. He is knowledgeable on so many aspects and helps you get the best deal and the right home.
