5star Tom meet every need we wanted. He went above and beyond on helping us with my sweet boy Rufus. He was very comforting and very heart felt he took over and took complete care of my sweet Boy. I highly recommended Good shepherded the meet me at my vet as I waited and took it from there. I was very pleased. If your looking for some one that will know your pain and how you feel I say this was the best decision I made thanks Tom.

Got my dog cremated here. Got back a little bit of ash and alot of bone pieces. And customer service issues after the fact. Sorry for calling on the weekend but this is kind of a big deal to us.
