I had Good Shepherd Hospice for my Dad. Will never recommend this company to anyone I know or care about. I called the night my dad was taking a turn for the worse at 7:45 pm and it took them five and a half hours to show up at 12:32am. And at that, they showed up 30 minutes after he passed.I did not want to have to experience his passing alone. But he ended up dying in my arms. It was just me. I'm so devastated. I called with an issue for their billing department to get resolved and I got Cindy at the front desk. She is very kind and will get your problem taken care of at the best of her ability.

Horrible service. Doesn't come out to patient' home when says they will. Doesn't return calls. Patient is dying with pharmacy down the street and they want to overnight meds. Not there for the family or patient.

This place is a joke, Take hours to get a call back (If they even do call). They have the patient suffering due to not calling in the medicine they need. Absolutely no support for the family going through this difficult time! Do yourself a favor and your loved one and find somewhere that will offer proper care and support.
