We bought our truck in February, and came back for our fifth-wheel. Very friendly and third customer service is excellent! Thank you Joe!
Apparently the hand shake DOES NOT mean anything except I got another sucker... After buying a RV less than a month ago I was told that we had a 30 day guaranty that every thing worked... The first time we take it out for a real camping trip one of the cables in the main slides snapped... Just talked to Joe at Good Sence RV and was told the owner said "sounds like bad luck..." would not even talk to be about it... would never recommend them to anyone.
Customer service was great, friendly, honest dealership.. definitely go to them for your next RV or vehicle purchase.
These guys are top notch and when they say they still believe in a handshake, they aren't kidding. My wife and I went in to look at the inventory based on a Craigslist ad and were greeted warmly and allowed to just look around without feeling like we were pressured. We found a great 5th wheel that had all the bells and whistles but weren't charged an arm and a leg. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a very clean RV.
I would like to think good sense RV for excellent service even when I got home I found out I had a bad inverter and he took care of it for me I drove from California Victorville to pick it up because he had great prices
Can't thank Severo Moreno and the guys at good Good Sense RV enough came threw with everything they said they would do in a very timely matter. Made a purchase very ez and honest.
5 STARS!! We purchased a used 5th Wheel from Good Sense RV in March 2016. We drove from Sacramento to Albuquerque because the price was thousands of dollar$ less than in California for a comparable model! When we got home, we found the converter was missing. We contacted owner Severo Moreno, and he sent us a check to have a new converter installed!! Now that INTEGRITY!! Severo was great to work with through the whole process. We would definitely recommend doing business with Good Sense RV!!!
