Upon arrival at the KOA in Albuquerque, one of the hydraulic lines burst as I was lowering the levelers. I called Good Sense RV, and the immediately sent a technician, Guillermo, out to replace the hose. I am very pleased with the work that he did and how quickly he completed the job.

Took in our coach to Eric to see if he could fix an ongoing problem with taillights and signals that had not worked for months. No one else had success but Eric got it done and was properly priced. He also was polite, helpful and pleasant. We are full timers and have two cats. I came back to open some windows for them and Eric told me I should have called him and he would have done that.
