My loved one is in hospice and when she is telling me that she is having a hard time breathing and we've been told shes dying, I call and am told thats part of the process and give this n that medication and they will come to see her. I know she's dying but I don't want to see her suffer either. I wont even give a star because im very disappointed with the service, another time I called at night time and I was told if we could wait until morning as the nurse lived far.
