RecommendedGood Samaritan has the most caring & friendly staff...the care that they show to all the residents & their families is above & beyond! It’s always clean & well maintained. I finally found a good aide. I had many prior who stole from me or who didn't work. I'm no longer with this company but I still have my side. They would have less turn over if they paid better.

Heritage Home Healthcare in Albuquerque does not take care of their clients -- there are some really 'good' people that work for Heritage but one of their therapist stole money and jewelry from my husband and I and because it was her word against ours (not having proof) = one bad apple rots out the rest. Don't allow anyone to go anywhere in your home alone as they take advantage of the disabled.
I know your in good hands with this company. The staff is professional and they treat you like family. My grandma is 93 lives in her own home and always looks forward to see care givers from heritage. This a great company because they will even bring at home or other family members to take care of your loved and get paid for it.
If anyone has a loved one that needs hospice I really recommend heritage the nurses were great and the case worker was wonderful. They showed full support as my grandpa was passing away and they were really comforting. Thank you to the case worker Sandra and the nurses Jamie, Loretta, Carla, and Melissa we appreciate everything you did for us and my grandpa he went to heaven so peacefully
