The homemaker they sent me was extrem lazy, confrontational, argumentative, she would watch me clean, belittled me and so on. Her attitude is that she is not getting paid enough for the homemaker job and that her clients need to do her work if anyhow possible. She has no compassion . None at all. By no means was that woman sufficiently trained or qualified to be unleashed on clients in need.

I recently reported one of their employees which name is Naomi Arrellin was here in my hometown of Laughlin Nevada was seen smoking marijuana by me and nothing was ever done to this woman cuz as far as I know she still has her job how can she take care of patients when she's high on marijuana all the time....

I think I have worked for better home care companies then this one I would suggest ppl look for better care for their loved one . This company has no idea when they have good employees,but rather let trash work for the and fire good ppl on the word of other instead of investigating thourly before firing good workers I will never suggest anyone to this company nor would I ever put a loved one in the care of this company they are racist and unfair and I hope you choose wisel.y

IF!!! you like no call or no show!!!...then this is the company for you! You will sit and wait all day for someone to show up and no one ever does. Day after day!!!! Not even a call from the company to let you know your helper won't be showing up. Employees also talk too freely about other clients limitations, finacial status!!!! and living arrangments.

Thank you everyone, I hesitate to name names because every single one of you gave us the best support and ensured that my wife's last weeks were as comfortable as could be. I knew every time I contacted you, and it was often, there was never a phone tree, or a call or text not returned. I couldn't have had the quality time I spent with my wife if not for the compassion and care you showed me. Dan, Melissa, Maria, Martha, Stephanie, Juliette,Jerry, Julie and Aimee. Thanks again for being there for us. My love to you all.
