Disorganized, poor service, mix up with appointment after appointment, staff takes no responsibility for their mistakes. I would drive my son to an appointment in the winter, and get to the office. Oh we called and cancelled it. This happened at least 6-7 times in a 3 month period. Because I got upset I am the bad person... Dr Jan is very nice.
This was going to be my first time ever seeking counseling and I was very disappointed. Before I arrived to my appointment I anticipated traffic and called ahead of time to let them know I was going to be late. A voice mail took my recording and a pre recording let me know I would be receving a call back.. When I arrived the front desk called back and let me know that I was passed 10 min late so they would have to reschedule me.
