I had a great experience here recovering from a wound I sustained in a fall which was not healing. I am particularly impressed by the nurses at this clinic - they are quite caring and thorough in their work. Christine helped me through my visits (I believe that was her name!). She was really fantastic, especially with creative approaches to bandages and dressing to maximize healing. Dr. Jessica Ngo was my physician, and she was very kind and thorough as well. Staff was friendly but there was some miscommunication. Also had a very long wait time - arrived at 7:30AM 30 minutes before my appointment and wasn’t seen by the doctor until close to 9:20AM. I’m not sure that it is always that behind but something to keep in mind when scheduling your appointment.
I took my Dad to the wound care center over a 3 month period due to a bad fall. He was just released on Tuesday of this week.The RN, Michael (Mike) Shepard, was phenomenal! He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. He explains everything thoroughly and was very patient with all my questions. Thank you Mike, Dr. Dohn, and the young medical assistant that helped out as well. You are all rockstars!!
