My first visit in the new location. The old location was always 5 stars. Great to see them expand. Maybe it’s my imagination but seems like number of choices and portions were smaller? Or may be just an optical illusion in new cooler? And PLEASE bring back the infused water! I will definitely be back and see if my first impression was accurate or just resistance to change �

Hi Katherine!! We are glad you made it over the new location!! I’m sorry we didn’t live up to your previous rating. At the old place we only had one oven, so we could not make anything to order. We had to prepare everything ahead of time and store it in the display case (the biggest issue we had with that was keeping everything to temp as we were constantly going in and out of the case to make the plates). For many years I have searched long and far for decent pulled pork in Alexandria-Pineville, Finally, I found it at a place that's not a BBQ restaurant. The pork I had on my tacos was amazing and reminded me of restaurants that serve it in BBQ restaurants in Alabama, where I spent my middle and high school years. The ingredients on their food are fresh and good for you. The restaurant building itself is inviting. I highly suggest this gem.
